Education, Training and Certifications Required:
a. Higher Diploma or Degree
b. Training in quality management systems
(e.g., ISO 9001) or auditing techniques is desirable
c. Administrative qualifications are advantageous
d. MS Office experience - Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Background Experience Required:
a. 3-years in a similar role
Language Required:
a. English as second language
b. English level 2 is required
Brief :
Ensures that all security measures, procedures, and personnel are operating in compliance with standards and protocols.
Verify that all security measures, procedures, and personnel
Plan and execute scheduled and unannounced audits
Lead focused compliance investigations on breaches
(e.g., unauthorized access, badge loss, CCTV misuse).
Coordinate multidisciplinary audit teams.
Document findings, issue corrective-action plans, and track closure.
Analyses incident data for trends and recommend preventive measures.
Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to security staff on quality standards.
Prepare concise security-quality reports and KPI dashboards.
Maintain a real-time incident dashboard showing trends in security breaches, response times, and audit scores.
Deliver clear MS Outlook briefings and compile executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for leadership and accreditation bodies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
