Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Assistant Security Manager (SIRA Certified)

to support and manage day-to-day security operations across assigned sites. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising security teams, ensuring compliance with SIRA regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Security Manager in overseeing daily security operations Supervise security supervisors and guards across multiple sites Ensure compliance with

SIRA standards and UAE regulations

Manage duty rosters, manpower deployment, and attendance Monitor access control systems, CCTV, and patrol activities Handle incidents, investigations, and prepare detailed reports Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits Coordinate with clients, police, and emergency services when required Support training, discipline, and performance evaluation of security staff Implement emergency response plans and drills

Requirements & Qualifications

SIRA Certification - Mandatory

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations or supervision Strong leadership and team-management skills Knowledge of access control, CCTV, and security procedures Excellent communication and report-writing skills Ability to work flexible shifts and manage multiple locations Proficient in MS Office

Preferred Skills

Experience in facility management, commercial, or residential security Client-handling and coordination skills Calm and professional approach under pressure
