DHL Customers Provide professional security and support in resolving shipment related queries Co ordinate and conduct customer tours of facilities to highlight the level of security invested in by DHL.

Casablanca & Tanger Gateways and Country management Advise MA Gateways and Morocco Country management teams of any possible risks, threats or opportunities and provide feasible solutions to action them. Ensure all Gateways, Country office, Service center and Service points security policies are compatible and standardised. Conduct ongoing review and required audits of process and infrastructure to ensure all security risks are minimised. Represent DHL's best interests regarding Security requirements while maintaining or improving service level provision to our customers. Provide advice and guidance on personnel, facility, and shipment security, and investigate cases of criminal activity Implement security measures and procedures for the specialist USPS contract operation Ensure all staff and security personnel are trained to the required standards Regularly review existing Business Continuity & Contingency Plans and ensure all are kept updated to support the current Morocco Gateways & Country Office security needs Position DHL Express security as the benchmark for Air Cargo/Aviation security in the industry

Security Vendors Source appropriate security vendors with respect to the purchase of security equipment Monitor and audit the security services provided and maintain a monthly performance report

Law Enforcement, Security Officials, Airport Authorities, Local Authorities & Regulatory Bodies,

Establish professional liaison to ensure strong links are maintained between DHL and such authorities. Proactively liaise with law enforcement and other regulatory authorities to provide assistance and support to highlight DHL's strong support of such Authorities. Position DHL as a leading partner in this respect. Ensure all material destined to be exported complies with regulatory security requirements due to several sensitivities. Maintain relationship and membership of relevant security related bodies in Morocco (i.e. OSAC, Embassies, Other Transport companies)

DHL Legal Representatives. Maintain close working relationship Ensure clear and concise communication with DHL legal representatives in cases that may place DHL in a position of risk or compromise.

All DHL Gateways, Country office, SVC and SP Staff Enlist the support of all DHL staff to ensure that DHL's environment is safe and secure Ensure all security related changes in regulations, procedures, requirements, policies and personnel in Gateways, Country, SVC & SP are updated and communicated for all relevant above entities. In particular with the requirements of ICAO Annex 17 Security and Morocco Civil Aviation Regulations

Security Managers at other DHL locations Liaise closely to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy. Assist and support in all security matters related to cargo screening Conduct x-ray operators training where required

Process

Driving Security Excellence

Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and security practices to safeguard DHL employees, customers' shipments, DHL assets and information against loss, damage or incident. Co-ordinate Morocco Gateways and Country security activities and ensure compliance of DHL staff and sub-contractors with security procedures as specified in the Regional Security Policy and Procedures Manual. Ensure regular maintenance of equipment to guarantee 100% operational effectiveness 24x7x365. Ensure compliance to Regional and Global accredited industry security bodies (such as TAPA/ IOSA) where possible and/or required. Assist in manning the relevant Crisis and Command Centres as required Ensure compliance with aviation and cargo security regulations Maintain TAPA "A" standard security accreditation

Security Audits Conduct security audits (and assist other audit teams e.g. GSOP), both proactively and reactively to assess the effectiveness of security practices and procedures at the Gateways. Carry out audits and initiate corrective action required in order to maintain the maximum security level in Morocco Gateways, Country, SVC & SP.

Security Training Development Co-ordinate the implementation of stipulated and other relevant Security training programmes for Bahrain Hub and Country personnel, and in particular DHL specific training programmes such as SAFE. Develop and implement specialist training for regional and global cargo security screening programs Ensure up to date training records are kept of all security trained staff

Security Issues Resolution, Investigations

Initiate, co-ordinate and conduct security related investigations such as losses and other security incidents relating to DHL assets, personnel and shipments carried by DHL. Ensure that all incidents or losses are thoroughly and professionally investigated, that the causes are identified and that the appropriate measures are taken to minimize and prevent re-occurrence, ensure that any resources available to DHL in terms of assets or shipment recovery are utilized and that legal action is initiated where appropriate.

Security related Networking

Develop extensive contacts with Security personnel in a variety of industries, including the airfreight /airline industry as well as local law enforcement and regulatory agencies Develop and maintain extensive internal contacts within DHL as security of the shipment in DHL custody is an end-to-end process

Security Case Management System - Information Management Provide input and participate in the reporting of security incidents into the database Prepare and analyse the database information for the production of regular reports on shipment and other security incidents, including Dangerous Goods. Where appropriate, recommend and initiate actions to investigate and resolve significant security incidents as they occur.

External security analysis Maintain a current threat and risk analysis by systematic analysis of national and international events and criminal trends.

Aviation Security

Provide advisory and support to comply with the requirements of local Authority bodies/Aviation on security matters.

Dangerous Goods

Advise Managers, Supervisors, Dangerous Goods (DG) Coordinators, Operations, and other internal groups regarding Dangerous Goods Global SOP, Regularity requirements (eg. IATA) and Emergency Response Management.

Liaise with Transport on OCNT profiles and the service code exclusion.

Point of contact for: Regional Restricted Commodities Group Operations (DG Compliance) RO DG audit

Report, to the Competent Authorities, any accident or incident that falls within the requirements of relating to DG's.

Monitor and act upon any state or international legislative requirements when related to the transport of dangerous goods by road, air, or sea, including any applicable state or region licensing requirements.

Identify, define and maintain Cluster, Regional, or Country level DG procedures if required.

Manage the DG Account Approval process including Customer facility reviews and Customer application submissions to Regional RCG.

DG training requirements and compliance. Develop plans to meet DG training requirements/development and compliance needs.

Manage the delivery of training (Process, CIS & Systems), including evaluating and monitoring training outcomes

Coordinate the DG Self Assessments with each facility. Send to facilities and monitor the return. Reviewing all assessments and action non-compliance through the GRID or similar tool

Conduct internal DG audit at each facility on site. Compare against self-assessment. Action any non-compliance through the GRID

Be the main point of contact for RO and assist with the. Travel to facilities in scope. Work with facilities on any non-compliance.

Manage and monitor RCIR and the associated processes.

Manage and maintain 3rd Party Handler SLA's. Proactively monitor RCIR and ensure facilities are using the tool. Follow up on failed RCIR cases. Provide reporting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Manage the SALT test program from a country level. Provide yearly training on the requirements. Provide monthly update to Managers and Supervisors on progress.

Facilities are set up correctly on Q Pulse and acknowledging announcements.

Proactively monitor RCTS.

Export Compliance

Point of contact for: Denied Party Screening Sanctions Screening Operations (DG Compliance) Data Management & Global manifesting

Proactively monitor shipments requiring Denied Party screening. Shipments that have been uplifted without clearance liaise with relevant facility and complete investigation report for RO.

Proactively monitor shipments requiring Sanction screening. Audit facilities to ensure Sanction Job Aides are being referenced. Complete monthly reporting of Sanction Screening performance.

Analyze ROSA report (Global Manifesting) and investigate and liaise with teams why shipments uplifted without data.

Provide training and workshops with Operations regarding export compliance.

Provide regular updates to the stakeholders

Flights/profiles set up correctly for particular commodities.

Expected years of experience

5-7 years experience in security, military or police

Educational Qualifications Degree or Diploma Bachelor's degree in Security Administration or a similar field. Candidates with High school diploma will also be preferred.
