Job Title: Security Access Administrator

Job Objective:

To manage the day-to-day access management system, including the issuance of ID badges and ID cards, and oversee access rights to all controlled doors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Access Control System

Manage and maintain access control systems such as Lenel OnGuard or similar enterprise-level software.

Ensure the proper issuance, activation, and deactivation of ID cards and access rights.

2. Security Policies and Procedures

Enforce compliance with established security policies and procedures.

Provide guidance and support to employees and visitors regarding access control policies.

3. Security Risk Management

Identify and mitigate security risks associated with access management.

Conduct regular audits of access control systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.

4. Statements and Reports

Prepare and submit periodic reports on access control activities, incidents, and recommendations for improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.

Minimum Experience:

2-3 years of total experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Lenel OnGuard Access Management System or other enterprise-level access management software.

Job-Specific Skills:

Proficient problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of security standards and practices.

Multitasking ability with high integrity.

Customer service orientation.

Familiarity with security access control equipment and software.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic fluency is an added advantage.

Valid driving license.
