Your Role as Section Manager Plan, organise, and manage site teams to ensure on-time project completion Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and the ALEC team for method statements, work schedules, inspections, and approvals Drive quality, productivity, and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and drawings Manage and monitor subcontractor performance and resolve project challenges proactively Conduct snagging and oversee project closeout activities Lead and develop the construction team, ensuring a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement What WeaEUR(TM)re Looking For Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (BEng, BTEC, ND) 10+ yearsaEUR(TM) construction experience, with proven high-end interior fit-out project delivery Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, fit-out trades, and luxury materials Leadership, planning, and stakeholder management excellence Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Why Join Us?
