Lead and manage the Incident Response and Threat Hunting team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organisational security objectives.Develop and implement comprehensive incident response plans and procedures, ensuring timely and effective response to security incidents.Conduct proactive threat-hunting activities to identify and neutralise potential threats before they can impact critical systems and data.Analyse and investigate security incidents, determining root causes and taking appropriate corrective actions.Collaborate with other security teams and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective response to cyber threats.Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends, implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance the team\'s capabilities.Develop and deliver training programs to security staff on incident response and threat-hunting best practices.Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in incident response and threat-hunting methodologies.In-depth knowledge of cyber security frameworks and best practices.
