JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administrative Support to Senior Executives;
  • Calendar Management;
  • Documentation and Records Management;
  • Events and Travel Co-ordinations;
  • PO and PR management and invoicing.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree or similar relevant qualification;
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in supporting Senior Executives;
  • Team Calendar Management;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Very strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organizational skills.
