Job Description

We are looking for Secretary cum Personal assistant to the Executive Director who provides administrative and clerical support, ensures the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with professionalism.

Qualifications:



Background in Computer Science education, additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledgable with editing applications like photoshop and canva etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Discretion and confidentiality. freshers are encouraged to apply Can join immediately!
