Location: Industrial Area 13, Sharjah

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary/Admin to join our team in Sharjah!

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of secretarial/Admin experience in the UAE (mandatory)

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in HR and administrative support tasks

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Presentable with a professional appearance

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks

Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls

Support the HR department with documentation and coordination

Maintain organized filing systems and updated records

Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Coordinate office operations efficiently
