We are a dynamic real estate company looking for a

Secretary/Admin

who can handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to grow within the real estate field. This is a full-time, all-around support role that contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Valuation & Client Coordination



Prepare and follow up on valuation proposals. Coordinate valuation reports and client communications. Maintain organized valuation records. Handle empanelment processes with banks and developers.

Accounting Support



Issue invoices, handle petty cash, and follow up on payments. Assist in VAT filing, audits, and basic bookkeeping using accounting software.

Property & Tenant Management



Manage property leases, tenant communications, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate property maintenance, legal notices, and inspections. Maintain property documents and financial records.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
