We are a dynamic real estate company looking for a
Secretary/Admin
who can handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to grow within the real estate field. This is a full-time, all-around support role that contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive & Personal Assistance
Manage CEO's daily schedule, travel, and appointments.
Handle confidential emails, calls, and documents.
Oversee personal matters: visas, passports, health, banking, insurances, and property.
Coordinate professional license renewals (RERA, DARI, MOJ, RICS).
Liaise with government offices for all personal and business-related processing.
2. Valuation & Client Coordination
Prepare and follow up on valuation proposals.
Coordinate valuation reports and client communications.
Maintain organized valuation records.
Handle empanelment processes with banks and developers.
3. Office & Administration
Oversee office operations, supplies, maintenance, and front desk.
Handle admin, HR, accounts, and facility-related tasks.
4. HR & Recruitment
Support hiring, onboarding, and staff documentation.
Manage leave records, HR letters, and employee files.
Track probation periods, contract renewals, and employee benefits.
5. Accounting Support
Issue invoices, handle petty cash, and follow up on payments.
Assist in VAT filing, audits, and basic bookkeeping using accounting software.
6. Property & Tenant Management
Manage property leases, tenant communications, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate property maintenance, legal notices, and inspections.
Maintain property documents and financial records.
7. Government & Legal Compliance
Handle trade license renewals, company registrations, and vehicle documents.
Process staff visas and regulatory permits.
Ensure timely payments of fines and avoid compliance penalties.
