Job Description

Business consultancy and accounting company in Dubai is looking for competent candidate who can manage Office Administrative tasks.

Tasks

Handle Company's overall Administrative tasks

Prepare and manage correspondence and documents

Answers phone calls and meet visitors

Handle various daily administrative tasks

Manage clients records and documents

Skills:

Microsoft Office

Fluent in English - written and spoken

Excellent communication abilities

Knowledge of business correspondence.

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Experience in back office management

Able to multi-task

Attention to details

Work experience: 3 years minimum
