Tasks
Clients companies incorporation and administration - free zones and mainland
Clients new visas and visas renewals processing
Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
Manage clients records and documents
Skills:
Microsoft Office
Fluent in English - written and spoken
Excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of business correspondence.
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Experience in back office management
Able to multi-task
Attention to details
Work experience: 3 years minimum
