Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Admin cum Secretary

to support our daily operations. Candidates

must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry

.

Responsibilities:



Handle administrative and secretarial tasks Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation Coordinate with project teams, clients, and suppliers Maintain organized filing systems Assist with office operations and project support Prepare reports, letters, and project-related documents

Requirements:



Minimum

5 years of experience

in

construction and real estate

Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work independently Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
