We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Secretary / Administrative Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling daily administrative tasks and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint, to support the team with professional presentations and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office tasks including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
Prepare professional and visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for office staff
Assist in organizing meetings and record minutes when required
Coordinate office operations and provide general administrative support
Greet visitors and handle client inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and private information
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Professional demeanor and a high level of discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Prior experience in a corporate or professional office setting
