Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
Manage schedules, appointments, emails, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Handle office administration, filing systems, and record management
Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in office administration or secretarial roles
Fluent in English
(spoken and written)
Proficient in Tagalog
Presentable and professional appearance
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Immediate availability
Salary

3,000 - 4,000
per month (based on experience)
