We are looking for a

full-time Secretary

to join our office in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have

excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:



Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence Schedule meetings and manage calendars Assist with daily office administration Coordinate with clients and internal staff Maintain files and office records

Requirements:

Native or near-native English proficiency

(spoken & written) Professional appearance and communication skills Good computer skills (MS Office, email) Organized, reliable, and well-presented
