Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage office operations, and assist in customer service and finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide general administrative support and handle daily office tasks with flexibility. Manage customer service inquiries and perform credit follow-ups. Create invoices and quotations accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare reports as required by management. Assist in inventory management and maintain organized records. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:



Experience in handling customer service and financial documentation. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
