Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, answering phones, and supporting the team with day-to-day activities.

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
