We are looking for a female secretary with 1-2 years of experience in the UAE to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and submit quotation & other documents to consultant and clients, and follow up for approvals.
- Maintain accurate filing system and documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualification and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in UAE construction projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication and document handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Language : Fluent in English, Arabic (preferred)
