We're looking for a
Secretary
who is detail-oriented, professional, and fluent in English to ensure smooth administrative operations.
What You'll Do:
Answer and screen telephone calls; manage incoming/outgoing emails.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly calendar: schedule appointments, meetings, and reserve conference rooms Recruiting Resources
Prepare correspondence: emails, letters, memos, forms, and reports; take and distribute meeting minutes.
Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems, records, and contact databases.
Support internal communication and interdepartmental coordination.
Provide general administrative support: photocopying, scanning, data entry, and managing basic bookkeeping or expense reporting jobs.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (2+ years preferred).
High school diploma or higher; additional qualifications in business administration or related fields are a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Arabic is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to multitask efficiently.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning office software/systems.
