Main Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital files.
Schedule and follow up on appointments and meetings.
Handle communication through Microsoft Outlook (emails, calendar invites, etc.).
Prepare, format, and print documents as required.
Answer phone calls and greet office visitors in a professional manner.
Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
Must be
female
and
fluent in Arabic
(spoken and written).
Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly:
Word
Excel
Outlook
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
