- 2-3 years experience front office/receptionist in a pet hotel or pet related facility required - social media experience a plus
- Administrative duties including updating records, customer details as well as remembering the little things, customer journey is paramount
- Positively interact with clients in person or via email/phone
- Strong work ethics, good attitude, being part of an amazing team
- Good knowledge of MS office/excel
- Excellent English communication, spoken/writing skills
- Knowledge of dog training techniques, animal behavior and body language
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
