We are currently seeking a Secretary (Female) with experience to be based on our Client's office in Ras Al Khaimah
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Handle electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources executives
To Monitor and maintain all the documentation for the Construction Projects
Requirements:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in related field.
Prior experience in construction field, Client or Consultant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Based in Ras Al Khaimah

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
