Secretary/ Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate communication, and assist management in maintaining efficient office workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and office records.
Handle visitors and coordinate with clients professionally.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
Very good in written and verbal communication in English & Arabic.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional appearance, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
