Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Enter and maintain data in ERP systems
Manage store operations and inventory records
Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation
Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow
Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in
Google Docs, Google Sheets
, and general computer applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
