Al Marwan Group is looking for a
Safety Officer cum Office Assistant
to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to safety, excellent organizational and communication skills, and good proficiency in computer operations.
Key Responsibilities: Safety Officer Duties:
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures
Develop and enforce safety programs and procedures
Conduct safety training for staff
Investigate accidents and ensure proper reporting
Maintain accurate safety documentation and certifications
Office Assistant Duties:
Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager
Maintain records for truck mixers and pumps (insurance, permits, maintenance)
Track calibration and safety certificates
Manage calls, emails, and routine correspondence
Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records
Qualifications & Skills:
NEBOSH / IOSH
certified (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and general computer applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and multitasking ability
Able to work independently and collaboratively
