We are currently seeking a Male Secretary who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, professional, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
Manage the CEO\'s schedule and arrange appointments
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
Translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa
Maintain accurate records and files
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
