Job Description

Responsibilities




oPrepare and send official correspondence to the Head Office in a timely and accurate manner.
oCompile and dispatch Monthly Business Statements and letters via email or courier to the Head Office.
oPrepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Statements and Business Target Statements.
oPrepare the Resident Manager's monthly expense statements and submit them to the Accounts Department for payment processing.
oPrepare Resident Manager's salary-related letters and forward them to the Head Office.
oFollow up with the Accounts Department regarding the Resident Manager's rent payments and monthly expenses.
oScan, file, and maintain proper records of all documents.
oPerform HR-related duties such as arranging interviews, managing recruitment documentation, and coordinating with the group HR for the recruitment process.
oMaintain and update employees' personnel records accurately and securely.
oPerform secretarial duties including answering telephone calls, responding to messages, organizing meetings, preparing memos, and providing administrative support to managers.
oManage monthly procurement, stock maintenance, and purchase of stationery, pantry supplies, and printing materials.
oPrepare monthly attendance reports, flash reports, monthly Review meeting reports, and incentive calculations.
oAssist in budget preparation, projection reports, and IRU yearly comparison reports.
oPrepare broker target and achievement reports, including related correspondence.
oEnsure compliance with Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority and Insurance Regulatory Unit requirements through timely reporting and documentation.
oHandle all communication and documentation related to Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK), including KYC updates, online portal management, and quarterly submissions.
oCarry out any other tasks assigned by the Agency Manager (AM) from time to time.
