Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the management team. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide professional customer service. Prepare, draft, and organize official correspondence, emails, and documentation. Handle and track company transactions with government and private entities. Organize and maintain contracts, invoices, and administrative records. Coordinate production-related schedules with creative teams and follow up on project timelines. Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Prepare administrative reports and submit them to management. Monitor office supplies and support daily operational needs.

Required Skills:



Minimum of

3 years of experience

in secretarial or administrative roles. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent writing and documentation skills. Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Previous experience in media production companies

or creative agencies is an advantage.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Knowledge of filing systems and correspondence management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
