This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary based in - Al Rai Area. The Secretary will handle various clerical tasks, organize office schedules, and provide executive administrative assistance. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and effectively supporting senior staff in daily operations. The Secretary will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong clerical skills, including proficiency in documentation, filing, and multitasking
Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
Experience in company secretarial work and knowledge of related administrative processes
Proven abilities in executive administrative assistance and organizational tasks
Customer service skills to handle inquiries and foster a professional and welcoming environment
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework in business administration is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
