Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Prepare reports, memos, and documentation.
Maintain filing systems and company records.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Secretary/Administrative Assistant in the UAE
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
