Secretary



? Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.

? Handling administrative and clerical works.

? Assisting HR for insurance applications and medical requirements, Excellent communication , organizational skills.

? Receive, sort and distribute e-mails.

? Managing insurance for all site, project and employees.

? Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

? Must have

minimum 2 year experience in UAE
