About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operational support for our car rental services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Prepare and maintain rental agreements, quotations, and invoices.
Coordinate scheduling for vehicle deliveries, returns, and maintenance.
Maintain records related to vehicle registration, insurance, and Salik accounts.
Support payment processing, refunds, and deposits.
Prepare regular reports for management.
Assist in organizing documentation and daily office operations.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
Prior experience in a car rental or automotive industry is a plus.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
