Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and executive support to the management team
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management efficiently
Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all communications
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client interactions smoothly
Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents as required
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent command of
English
(spoken and written)
Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role will be preferred
