Job Description

We are looking for a secretary in psychologist's clinical, also known as a medical or clinical secretary or receptionist, manages administrative tasks, handles patient communication and scheduling, maintains patient records and confidentiality, processes billing and insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient & Appointment Management.

Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and managing the psychologist's calendar.

Administrative Support.

Typing, filing, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records.Patient Information.

Recording and maintaining patient personal details, medical history, and insurance information in a confidential manner.

Billing & Insurance.

Processing patient invoices, payments, and assisting with insurance claims.

Office Operations.

Ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the clinical office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software, including patient management systems.

Professionalism:

A professional demeanour and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Experience:

Previous clerical or administrative experience is beneficial.

3years experience in the same field.

Any nationality.

Salary will be discussed upon interview.
