Job Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team.



The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the field, particularly in courts, legal affairs, and related administrative work

Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary (preferably in legal offices, courts, or legal affairs departments). Strong knowledge of legal documentation and procedures. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems. Strong communication skills in English& Arabic. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

:

Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence. Preparing and organizing legal documents and files. Coordinating with courts, legal departments, and clients when necessary. Ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
