We are seeking a highly organized and professional Female
Italian-speaking Secretary
to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent communication and multitasking skills. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, partners, and visitors.
Translate and prepare documents, emails, and reports from Italian to English and vice versa.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in both languages.
Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or languages are a plus.
Preferred:
Experience working in an international or bilingual environment.
Knowledge of Italian business culture or legal/financial terminology (if relevant to the job).
