Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Secretary to the CEO
to support executive operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of daily activities, follow-ups, and reminders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks and administrative support.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Remind the CEO of scheduled tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
