Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary to support the Managing Director with a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Organize and maintain physical and digital files Track and replenish office supplies as needed Welcome and assist office visitors with professionalism Arrange travel bookings and prepare itineraries Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records Prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), Receipt Vouchers, Tax Invoices, and related documents Support various administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2-3 years of administrative or secretarial experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
