We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering phone calls
Provide excellent customer support and service to clients and visitors
Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements
Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar role
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED17.87 - AED19.16 per hour
