We are seeking a highly experienced Secretary to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative capabilities, with a solid background in Real Estate, Human Resources, and Finance.
Qualifications Required:
xe2x9cx85 Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate Properties and Development
xe2x9cx85 At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources
xe2x9cx85 Working knowledge or experience in Finance (any level acceptable)
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be a well-rounded professional capable of:
Providing executive-level secretarial and administrative support
Handling HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Assisting with finance-related tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reporting

Experience in the real estate industry is essential
