As a Secretary, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by performing a variety of administrative duties, managing internal and external communications, and providing support to senior management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail)
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
Support senior executives with administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely follow-ups
Manage office supplies and oversee general office maintenance
Assist in company formation processes, including documentation and liaising with relevant authorities
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or service-based company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
