Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents. Ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Office Coordination:
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
Event Planning:
Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate logistics and ensure all details are managed effectively.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to support projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the Construction sector.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
