Job Summary:
Secretary to the General Manager provides high-level administrative and organizational support, ensuring the GM's office operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, and meetings, prioritizing and organizing schedules efficiently
Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and meetings with stakeholders
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the General Manager
Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
Maintain confidential records, files, and office systems (both digital and physical)
Liaise with department heads, staff, and external parties on behalf of the GM
Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and documentation as required
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
