The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling communications, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and supporting managers and staff with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support event planning and logistics
