Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls). Prepare, format, and distribute reports, memos, and other documents. Maintain and update filing systems (electronic and physical). Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations. Assist in preparing presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes. Monitor and order office supplies as required. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Provide general office administration support and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications



Diploma or degree in Business Administration or any related field. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic accounting support.
