Job Responsibilities:
Perform general secretarial and administrative duties
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
Coordinate with customers and the sales team
Maintain records, files, and customer databases
Schedule meetings and assist with daily office operations
Requirements:
Good communication and organizational skills
Must have 1-2 years experience as Secretary or Admin Assistant in UAE
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional attitude and attention to detail
