a~ Meeting, welcoming & guiding clients in a friendly & polite manner. a~ Answer all received incoming calls, respond to queries & transfer calls. a~ Take and relay messages. a~ Provide information to callers. a~ Deal with queries from customers. a~ Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization. a~ General administrative and clerical support. a~ Prepare letters and documents i.e., courier, etc. a~ Receive, sort mails and deliveries. a~ Writing and replying on emails after getting approval from HOD. a~ Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically. a~ Organize meetings. a~ Organize and maintain the reception area. a~ Maintain office stationeries and consumables. a~ Send renewal notice, legal notice & quotations to clients when requested. a~ Handling advertisements on properties websites & social media. a~ Responsible about filling system. a~ Get quotations from suppliers when required. a~ Generally, to provide an efficient and professional reception and to provide general administrative support to all departments. a~ Continually develop an understanding of the companyaEUR(TM)s culture, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflect this in everyday performance. a~ Any other responsibility which may be assigned by HOD / Management.
