About the job Secretary cum PA

  • Organize and manage personal calendars, appointments, and reminders
  • Handle travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport, visas) for personal or family trips
  • Run errands (e.g., grocery shopping, dry cleaning, courier deliveries)
  • Assist with household management liaising with vendors, service providers, and household staff
  • Handle personal correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
  • Schedule and coordinate medical, dental, and personal care appointments
  • Assist with event planning (birthdays, private dinners, social gatherings)
